Each page below leads with where the other tool is the better choice, because that is the part you cannot get from its vendor and the part that saves you a migration you would regret.

Who we are not for

Worth stating once, plainly. Authoring a questionnaire here means writing Python, so if nobody on the team writes code, a point-and-click builder is the right tool. We do not sell or source respondents, and there is no panel integration. Single sign-on is deferred until after the 1.0 release. And the engine is source-available under a noncommercial licence, not open source — if an OSI licence is a hard requirement, we do not meet it.
